Using his expertise in learner engagement and recognition, Mark has built a simple yet comprehensive library with the help of subject matter specialist and content experts that is designed to be easy to use, simple to deliver and have profound impacts on the learner and the organization.
He founded one of the first LMS companies in the world and brings valuable insight based on his experience in the corporate and formal education sectors. He has held roles with Qantas, ANZ Bank, Westpac, Le Cordon Bleu, and most recently Dulux, amongst others. He is an Adjunct Academic at Flinders University where his research field specializes in learner engagement and recognition. He also runs learning architecture company Intrinsic Learning.
